Alpine treks, via ferrata and mountain refuges — author tour to Italy's most iconic mountains
The Dolomites are a unique mountain range in northeastern Italy, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Jagged peaks, turquoise lakes, emerald meadows and mountain refuges serving the best pasta in the Alps.
We run a hiking tour through the most beautiful spots: Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Lago di Sorapis, Seceda, Alpe di Siusi. Routes are chosen so you get the views without destroying yourself physically.
The route covers legendary points: Tre Cime di Lavaredo (3 peaks, the symbol of the Dolomites), Lago di Sorapis (turquoise lake at 1,925 m), Seceda with the Geisler panorama, Alpe di Siusi (Europe's largest alpine plateau), Cinque Torri. Optional via ferrata for those wanting adrenaline.
June-September for hiking (refuges open, no snow). September is best (golden autumn, clear). Winter is ski season — not our format.
